Re: NBCOT Exam Dates
The Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) and Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) examinations are both administered by the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapists (NBCOT). Scheduling the Exam Candidates can schedule their testing appointment directly with Prometric AFTER they receive their Authorization to Test (ATT) letter. Prometric portal looks like: Here you can schedule your exam and take test dates. Following accredited/approved entry-level occupational therapy degrees: Associate degree in occupational therapy (COTA® Exam) Entry-level master's degree in occupational therapy (OTR® Exam) Entry-level doctoral degree in occupational therapy (OTR® Exam) Exam pattern: Candidates are provided four (4) hours to take the examination. Candidates should plan on being at the test center for five (5) hours and fifteen (15) minutes to complete the tutorial, survey, and other administrative requirements. Process to apply: Register for your account through MyNBCOT using a valid email address. Complete and submit the exam application and pay using a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover). Have your school registrar submit an official final transcript or Academic Credential Verification Form (ACVF). NBCOT Application Form |
