Adviser Remuneration Framework (ARF) C4
12 month role
Based in Honiara, Solomon Islands

Selection criteria:
Tertiary qualifications in Public Health or Health Management
At least 10 years in public health program management, including managing a national malaria or national public health program
Broad health program management, financial management and risk management experience at a senior level
Experience working in developing countries, preferably the Pacific, and proven track record in working with staff from these countries
Demonstrated ability to shape strategic direction, develop and implement policy, and manage change in a complex operating environment
