The National Council of Educational Research and Training is released the official notification concerning the NTSE Application Form. The application submission for the NTSE Registration Form was started from 03rd August 2016 and the last date for applying varies from state to state. The NTSE Exam was conducted all across the country, in all Indian states including Territories. The NTSE Stage-I Exam was conducted on 05th, 06th and 13th November 2016 all across the country. All dates are closed at this time. Application form of National Talent Search Exam     Amount of scholarship awarded: Class 11 to 12: Rs. 1250 per month UG & PG: Rs. 2000 per month PhD: Based on UGC norms Important dates Mizoram, Nagaland, Meghalaya and Andaman & Nicobar stage 1 exam date 5th Nov Bihar & West Bengal stage 1 exam date 13th Nov Stage 1 exam for all the states/UTs 6th Nov Stage 2 exam for all the states/UTs 14th May 2017 Eligibility criteria Students belong to class X of recognized schools are eligible. Students belong to Open Distance learning are also eligible but should satisfy the following criteria. Should have the age of below 18 years Should be appearing for the 1st time in 10th STD exams You shouldn’t be employed. Selection process of stage 1 & 2 exam Stage 1 exam qualified students will be selected by the respective state/UTs. If you are selected on stage 1, then you will be considered as qualified to appear on stage 2 conducted by NCERT. |
