National School of Drama, India is a type of theatre training institute.
It was formed in the year 1959.
It is located in New Delhi, India.
It is an autonomous organization under Ministry of Culture, Government of India.
It offers Three-year full-time Diploma Courses in Dramatic Arts
Besides its 3-year training programme, the School has also explored new vistas in the areas of children’s theatre and decentralization of theatre training through workshops under the Extension Programme.
