National Medical Aptitude Test Application Form

I am from Philippines and want to get admission in any medical school of the nation. So I will have to clear National Medical Admission Test (NMAT). Provide me its application form.

The National Medical Aptitude Test (NMAT) is an entrance examination test for those students who want to take admission in any medical college in Philippines. The test is conducted by Center for Educational Measurement. The test consist two parts.

Part I: -It is a three hours exam. It has 200 questions with four subdivisions.
Verbal
Inductive Reasoning
Quantitative
Perceptual Acuity Skills

Part II: -It is two hours thirty minutes examination. It has also 200 questions. The test held in the field of Basic Sciences such as Biology, Physics, Social Sciences and Chemistry.

You can register own for NMAT test form here. When you will put your mail address in the box and click on verify. Your mail address will register for the NMAT test. All information about the NMAT test will send on your Mail address.
