The National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) measures the aptitude of the applicant for specific field of study, i.e. Architecture.

NATA Application Procedure -

1. Registration:

Candidates must register NATA 2014 Registration Form.

Candidates must enter a username, password, a VALID email ID and a password
Candidates will receive an email with the activation link

2. Login to Student Portal:

After activating the link sent to the email registered, candidates need to login using the user name registered, password and email ID

3. Student Profile:

You have to enter your particular in the form displayed.
You also need to enter their Class X details.

You must upload your photograph cum signature.

Guidelines for Photograph Cum Signature image:

Candidates must take a plain white paper and paste their recent passport size photograph on it.

With the help of a Transparency / OHP marker pen, candidates must sign on the lower side of their photograph in such a way thathalf of the signature is on the photograph and the other half is on the paper.

After scanning, save this file in a PJP image file.

The Photo cum Signature file must be less than 1MB in size

Candidates must use recent photographs Only

Payment of the NATA Application Fees:

Registration Fee: Rs 1,000 to be paid through Debit/Credit Card, Netbanking or ICICI Isure Challan

Domestic Credit Card
1.25% of the NATA Fee plus service tax as applicable

Domestic Debit Card
0.75% of the NATA Fees plus service tax as applicable

Domestic Multiple Bank Net Banking Payment Gateway
Rs.15 per transaction

Through E Challan at PAN India ICICI Branches in cash
Rs.30 per transaction

For International Credit Card / Debit Card
As per bank policy

NATA Registration Form-

After the payment is done, candidates need to download and print the Registration Form for NATA .

The National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) is basically measures the aptitude for specific field of study, i.e. Architecture of its applicants. NATA is a national level examination conducted for the students seeking admission into under-graduate courses in architecture.

NATA Online Form 2015 (Tentative)

Start Date for Online Sale of Application Form: March, 2015
Phase– I from Mid March, 2015
Phase– II from March, 2015

NATA Eligibility Criteria

Those applicants who have passed SSC (Class 10th) or equivalent examination can appear for NATA but are not eligible to apply for the B.Arch courses.

Candidates who have passed 10+2 or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks are eligible for NATA.

They must have studied Mathematics as a main subject in 10+2.

NATA Paper Pattern

NATA exam consists of two papers:
Paper-I: Drawing Test
Paper-II: Aesthetic Sensitivity Test

The test is in two parts.
A paper based drawing test
Computer based online aesthetic sensitivity test.

Drawing Test
This is a two hour paper where candidate has to attempt three questions

Aesthetic Sensitivity Test

This is computer based test where candidate has to answer 40 multiple choice Questions Time allotted to answer the question is between 60 and 90 seconds depending upon the question
There is no Negative marking in this test
