National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) is conducted by the Council of Architecture (COA) for admission to first year of 5 year B.Arch Degree course at all recognized institutions all over the country.

Important dates
Start date for online sale of application form:
March 01, 2014 (Saturday)

• Phase– I from
14.03.2014 to 25.05.2014
• Phase– II from
01.06.2014 to 31.08.2014

Eligibility:-
Candidates who have passed or will be appearing for 10+2 (Class 12)/HSC or equivalent examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects are eligible to apply for NATA.

Paper Pattern:-

The test is in two parts.

• PART 01: Paper based drawing test and computer based online aesthetic sensitivity test.
• PART 02: Drawing Test this is a two hour paper where candidate has to attempt three questions.

National Aptitude Test in Architecture exam is directed by the National Institute of Advanced Studies in Architecture .

It is a national level examination for admission into under-graduate courses in architecture.

Important dates :
Apply online at website from March 30, 2015 to August 19, 2015.

NATA can be given during the period from 01.04.2015 to 25.05.2015 and from 01.06.2015 to 21.08.2015

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have secured 50% marks in 10+2 or equivalent examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects

Paper Pattern

NATA 2015 exam consists of two papers:
Paper-I: Drawing Test
Paper-II: Aesthetic Sensitivity Test

The test is in two parts.
Computer based online aesthetic sensitivity test.
A paper based drawing test

Drawing Test
This is a two hour paper where student has to attempt three questions

Aesthetic Sensitivity Test
This is computer based test where student has to answer 40 multiple choice Questions

There is no Negative marking in this test.

Time allotted to answer the question is between 60 and 90 seconds depending upon the question
