The Recruiters/Recruiting Companies who are willing to participate in the NALSAR University of Law Campus recruitment process would be required to duly fill in the Response Form attached to the Brochure and send the same to the Institute. The date and slot shall be allotted and communicated to the prospective Recruiter by the Institute, upon receiving the Response Form.


Recruitment Process

PREPLACEMENT TALKS
•Introduction of the company, key aspects of its business, work environment and opportunities available to students.
•Interactive Q&A session to bring about better understanding.
•Interested students apply to the company.

FINAL PLACEMENT
•Freedom to the recruiters to adopted a suitable methodology as per their desired needs for screening candidates.
•A final interview elucidating role discussions, thereby enabling informed choice.


After the completion of recruitment, registration and/or Pre-Interview Screening, Institute shall disclose a final interview list received from every registered Recruiter, according to the Recruiters' recruitment policy. The Recruiters may also furnish a list of wait-listed candidates for subsequent recruitment process and final selection of candidates.


Undergraduate

Campus placement at NALSAR is largely managed by a body of students with each outgoing batch electing its own Recruitment Co-ordination Committee (RCC). The students who subscribe to the RCC contribute to its funds for financing its activities. The RCC liaisons with the existing and prospective recruiters based on the interests of its subscribers that NALSAR has consistently managed to place all its students is a matter of pride for us, something we shall continue to strive for.


Postgraduate

Masters courses at NALSAR are crafted to help students acquire advanced, specialised legal training and equipping them to work in a multinational legal environment. Campus recruitment is managed by LL.M recruitment coordination committee (LRCC) which is a student body nominated/elected from among the students who wish to join the recruitment process. Its aim is to cater to the varied interests of students coming with different specialisations branches like Corporate Laws, International trade & business laws and IPR.
