National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India Ltd.(NAFED) was built up on the propitious day of Gandhi Jayanti on second October 1958. Nafed is enrolled under the Multi State Co-agent Societies Act. Nafed was setup with the question advance Co-agent promoting of Agricultural Produce to profit the ranchers. Horticultural ranchers are the primary individuals from Nafed, who have the specialist to state as individuals from the General Body in the working of Nafed.
