The candidates must have cleared the qualifying examination not before the year 2014. The candidates appearing the qualifying exam and expecting the percentage as required, are eligible to apply. The candidates those selected for the MBBS seat earlier and failed to join the college or failed to surrender the seat at COMEDK level or failed to pursue the course, are not need to apply. The candidates must be completed the age of 17 year as on 31st December of the year of examination. Candidates caught attempting the cheating or impersonate earlier cannot apply. For Engineering The candidates must have passed the 12th or PUC or any equivalent examination from any recognized board (without open university/board) With minimum 45% marks (40% in case of SC, ST and OBC candidates of Karnataka state) in the aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and 50% marks (40% in case of SC, ST and OBC candidates of Karnataka state) in English as a subject in 12th class. The candidates must have passed in individual subject. The Physics, Mathematics and English are compulsory while Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or any other technical vocational course is an optional subject. Diploma candidates are not eligible to appear the exam as it does not have any lateral entry scheme. For Architecture The candidates must have passed the 12th or PUC or any equivalent examination from any recognized board (without open university/board) Or having 10+3 diploma with minimum 50% marks (45% in case of SC, ST and OBC candidates of Karnataka state) in the aggregate. The candidates must have appeared and scored a minimum of 80 marks out of 200 marks in NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) conducted by the COA for general and category students both. The candidates seeking the B.Arch. course shall submit the separate application. There is no entrance test for students seeking the admission to B.Arch. program. |
