On this page at the right side there will be option of “Online Services”

Click on that option

Than you will get the new page

On this page in the top there will be section of “Registration of Birth and Death”

From this section click on “Application Status”

Than you will get the new page

On this page enter all the details and than click on “Submit”

Than you will know the status of it
