Mumbai University Convocation form

Sir, I am invited in the Convocation of SNDT University Mumbai. Is it necessary to fill form to participate in it? Please provide me its form from its official site.

For attending the convocation you are required to fill the convocation form.

The filled in application form may be submitted at Degree Dept. Gr. Floor, Pariksha Bhavan, between 10.15 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. & 01.45 p.m. to 03.00 p.m. (Monday to Friday only).

Students can come personally or send their forms on the address mentioned below:
