Mtech Projects in DRDO
I am doing M.Tech Program with Mechanical Engineering Branch from NIT. I want to do training to make project from DRDO. So will you provide guidelines to start training at DRDO during M.Tech?

The DRML (Defence Metallurgical Research Laboratory) of DRDO provides training for B.Tech and M.Tech students. DRML offers training for following disciplines: METALLURGICAL ENGINEERING MATERIALS SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING MECHANICAL ENGINEERING MATERIALS ENGINEERING MATERIALS TECHNOLOGY NANO TECHNOLOGY/NANO SCIENCE OTHER MATERIALS SCIENCE/METALLURGY RELATED BRANCHES Details related to M.Tech Training M. Tech. students will be offered training in the form of “Project Work”. The duration of the project will be typically 10-12 months. The topic of Project Work will be decided by DMRL. Approximately 10-15 students per year will be enrolled for Project Work. General Points “first-come-first-served” policy will be followed for taking eligible students. Student desirous of undergoing training needs to send a detailed resume/bio-data (listing branch, grades/marks etc) to hrd@dmrl.drdo.in at least one month in advance from the date when he/she intends to start training. Students who complete the training successfully will be awarded an appropriate certificate by DMRL.
