Application form to apply for admission in M.Tech program at IIT Delhi be fill from March -April every year .

IIT Delhi M.Tech Admission Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must have B.E./B.Tech/ M.Sc or equivalent degree .

Secure 75% marks or 8.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale.

Candidates must have a GATE score > = 300 or qualifying score whichever is higher.

GATE exam score
Written test
Personal interview
