MS versus MBA

As I have done B.Sc degree and now I confused which course would be best for me in doing higher studies; M.Sc or MBA, please suggest me?

Well, as you have done B.Sc degree so I think M.Sc would be best course for you, it will increase your knowledge in same field and there are many job opportunities after it
