Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology is in Udaipur city in Rajasthan state in India. The government of Rajasthan founded this university by the bifurcation of Rajasthan Agriculture University, Bikaner on 1 November 1999.


There are 35 seats in B. Tech (Food Tech.) and 40 seats in B. Tech. (Dairy Tech.) programme out of which 10 seats in each programme are filled through open merit for which a notification is issued in leading newspaper in May/June.

Eligibility:
10+2 with PCM/PCMB (for admission through JET)
10+2 with PCM/PCMB with min. 75% marks aggregate at 10+2 level for admission on payment seats to be done at College level
