As you need Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) Civil Judge Class- II (Entry Level) Exam syllabus, here I am giving: Civil Judge Class- II (Entry Level) Exam The Examination shall be conducted in three stages, namely, (i) Online Preliminary Examination (Objective Type) (ii) Main Examination (Written Type) (iii) Viva voce (Interview) Online Preliminary Examination The Online Preliminary Examination shall be of the duration of two hours consisting 100 marks of 100 objective-type questions from the following: First Part: Law: (Total questions 75 of 75 marks) Constitution of India Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 Transfer of Property Act, 1882 Indian Contract Act, 1872 Specific Reliefs Act, 1963 Limitation Act, 1963 MP Accommodation Control Act, 1961 MP Land Revenue Code, 1959 Indian Evidence Act, 1872 Indian Penal Code, 1861 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 Second Part: General Knowledge (Questions- 15, Marks- 15) Computer Knowledge (Questions- 05, Marks- 05) English Knowledge (Questions- 05, Marks- 05) Main Examination (Written) (Max. Marks 400) Mains Examination consists of four Question Papers each paper carrying 100 marks. The time period for each question paper will be of 3 hours. First Question Paper: (Total Marks- 100) Constitution of India Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 Transfer of Property Act, 1882 Indian Contract Act, 1872 Specific Reliefs Act, 1963 Limitation Act, 1963 Second Question Paper: (Total Marks- 100) Writing on Social Issue- 30 marks Writing on Legal Issue- 20 marks Precis Writing- 20 marks Translation (Hindi to English)- 15 marks Translation (English to Hindi)- 15 marks Third Question Paper: (Total Marks- 100) MP Accommodation Control Act, 1961 MP Land Revenue Code, 1959 Indian Evidence Act, 1872 Indian Penal Code, 1861 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 Fourth Question Paper: (Total Marks- 100) Framing of Issues- 10 marks Framing of Charges- 10 marks Judgement/ Order (Civil) Writing- 40 marks Judgement/ Order (Criminal) Writing- 40 marks Viva-voce (Interview) The maximum marks for viva-voce would be 50. |
