MPM or MBA HR
Hello sir I am very confused between MPM and MBA HR so please tell me out of these two which I should pursue after my graduation??

MPM stands for Masters in Personal Management and MBA for Masters in Business Administration Both are Masters Degrees and equivalent to each other. MPM is related to HR Field during 1920 onwards, now a days MBA is going on HR is a elective part of it. The job opportunity in MPM is same as MBA in HR. The workplace for Personnel Management is based on staffing, payroll, and other administrative works. The condition in this management is "People first" in which you have to go for secure management objectives. This work is also of the Human Resource Management means that the final point for this management is about managing people or staff. For example, traditional manufacturing units have personal managers and service firms have HR managers. First there are Personnel Management fields are in India, HR management is coming after personnel management. You can go ahead with MBA.
