Can you tell me about the last date of application forms of Madhya Pradesh Pre PG DMAT course as my sister wants to apply for it?

The Madhya Pradesh Pre PG DMAT Application Forms of were available from 15th February, 2014 on website of Association of Private Dental and Medical Colleges of Madhya Pradesh (APDMC).

Last Date for Application Forms submission was on or before 7th April, 2014.
MP DMAT 2014 Exam Date : 13th July, 2014
MP Pre PG DMAT 2014 Exam Date : 23rd April, 2014

MP Pre PG DMAT Selection Procedure

The admission to MDS / MD / MS courses is done on the basis of the Pre PG DMAT merit list and the course preferences given by the candidate at the time of Counselling.

Candidate selection for admission is subject to disciplinary rules of Devi Ahilya Bai Vishwavidhyalaya / Barkatullaha Vishwavidhyalaya / Vikram Vishwavidhyalaya / Rani Durgavati Vishwavidhyalaya / Jiwaji University / DCI / MCI Institution / Government of M.P and Management.

A candidate selected for any MDS / MD / MS Course specialty as merit is be allowed to change the specialty.

The selection made by the Admission Committee is final and is binding on the candidates.

Admission to the candidate is given after the candidate deposits all the relevant original certificates, documents along with tuition and other fees to the concerned college.

Xerox of filled in MP Pre PG DMAT Application Form

Original Degree of BDS / MBBS Exam

Certificate regarding compulsory rotating internship from an institution recognized by the Dental Council of India / Medical Council of India

Certificate of registration with Dental Council of India / Medical Council of India of any State in India

Statement of Marks / Rank obtained in Madhya Pradesh Pre PGDMAT

Passing Certificate of Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent exams

Medical Fitness Certificate

Declaration Form

4 recent passport size photographs

Bond / Bank Guarantee if required by any institution

You can get the application form from the APDMC office or the candidate can also receive the same by downloading it from the website of APDMC.



Qualification


A) Passed MBBS/BDS course from an MCI (Medical Council of India) DCI (Dental
Council of India) approved medical/dental college.

B) Completed compulsory rotating internship from an MCI/DCI approved institution.

C) Been registered with the Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India in any state of India.
