MP PPT entrance exam conducted by the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB), Government of Madhya Pradesh.

Start date of online application form: 28th April 2016

Last date of online application form: 27th May 2016

Online rectification date: 28th April to 1st June 2016

Availability of admit card: 28 June 2016

Examination date: 3rd July 2016

Answer Key Released: 6th July

Date of result: 20th July 2016

Exam Pattern

This entrance exam is organized for admission to diploma courses in the polytechnic colleges of Madhya Pradesh.

Number of Questions: The question paper will comprise of total 150 questions.


All the questions in MP PPT will be of objective type. Each question will contain four options of answer among which candidates have to select on the correct answer.


The exam consists of three subjects that are: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

The question paper booklet will be provided in English and Hindi language.


The mode of examination will be pen and paper mode. The answer will be marked on the OMR answer sheet with the use of black ball point pen.


The duration of the MP PPT will be 3 hours (180 min).

Marking Scheme:
For each correct answer, 1 mark will be awarded.

Negative Marking: There is no negative marking in the exam.
