Madhya Pradesh Pre- Medical Test (MP PMT) exam is a common medical entrance test conducted for admission to first year MBBS and BDS courses in colleges of the MP state:

Eligibility
Students must either complete their qualifying examination or they can be appearing 12thstandard examination but anyhow they are expected to complete their studies with major subjects Physics, Chemistry, English and Biology.

Key dates
MP PMT Examination conducted on the month of April every year
Candidates must receive receipt of application forms every year May month
Examination will be held during 1stweek of June month

Paper Pattern

This exam consists of two papers

Paper 1: Physics and Chemistry
Paper 2: Biology
Each paper consists of objective type questions. Candidates are required to select the correct answer from the four options given for each question.
Both papers need to be completed within a duration of two hours.
There is no negative marking exam for the exam.
The medium of instruction for the exam is English.
