The Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB), Bhopal conducts the Pre Medical Test, Madhya Pradesh also known as MP PMT or PMT MP for admission in medical and science stream for undergraduate students.

On the basis of the PMT performance, the seats are also obtainable in Nursing and Pharmacy programs.

Name of Exam: Madhya Pradesh Pre Medical Test

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Criteria: Candidates who have passed class 10+2 with at least 50% marks (40% for OBC/SC/ST category) can fill this application form of MP PMT. Candidates who are currently appearing in 10+2 can also fill application form.

Age Limit: Applicant age must be greater than 17 years as on 31st December.

Fill Application form: 3rd week Of march.

Date of Written examination: in July month.

Application Fee:

Candidates of unreserved category have to pay Rs. 700/- and candidates of reserved
Category candidates have to pay Rs 350/- as application fee.

Candidates may pay application fee through Net banking/Debit card/credit card or Demand Draft.

MP PMT 2015 Online Application:

Candidate can fill application form from official website of MPPMT. But it will be a time overwhelming process.

Candidates need to follow some below written steps.

Candidates may fill application form through Online and Offline mode.

Online Mode:

Download then read official notification carefully.
Click below given link to open application form.
Fill all details in application form.
Upload photo and Signature.
Submit Application.
Pay Application fee through Debit/Credit Card or Demand Draft.
Candidates who will fill application through demand draft have to send Demand Draft in the office.

Offline Mode:
Fill all details in application form.
Paste recent passport Size photo on given place.
Pay Application fee through net banking/credit card/debit card or Demand Draft
(DD).
If candidates fill application fee through demand draft than they have to send
Application form along with Demand Draft on the office of examining body.
