The Mountbatten Program (formerly Mountbatten Institute) was established in 1984 to connect top global businesses with the brightest young professionals.

About the MBA Program

MBA candidates who have successfully completed a 12-month training placement and courses, either in London or New York, are eligible to complete their masters degree with guided fieldwork in the Asia Pacific Region, based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Course Requirement

This course will involve a short one week group research project. The project will be related to International business topics in Asia, with particular emphasis on Culture and Management.

This project will give students an opportunity to undertake a small mixed methods primary research assignment, develop a hypothesis, and analyse the data using content analysis and SPSS.

Dissertation Requirement:

Ability to conceive a research investigation within an international organisation or relating to a problem faced by an international organisation.

Integration of interrelated concepts, techniques and skills acquired throughout the course of the program.

Acquisition of research materials and analysis of relevant theoretical perspectives which have a direct bearing on the project topic.

Development and application of analytical and communication skills.
