Which Is More Tough IIT And AIMS

I am in class 12th and I am doing the science and Maths both courses in class 12th. I can go engineering and medical area for higher education. Which one is More Tough form IIT And AIMS and so I will choose the easier one for higher education course.

As per me there is no any exam tough or easy its depend on your choice and capability, but sources says competition in AIIMS is much higher than that in IITs. The number of seats in AIIMS is just 672 compared to IITs having close to 10,000 seats. The difficulty level of exam: certainly JEE is much tougher than AIIMS entrance exam. You also have to write two exams, the mains and the advanced to qualify for the IITs.
