I want to pursue M.A. Comparative Indian Literature course under Department of Modern Indian Languages and Literary Studies of Delhi university . will you please tell what is the minimum eligibility criteria for M.A. Comparative Indian Literature in the University of Delhi ?

Department of Modern Indian Languages and Literary Studies of Delhi university offers M.A. Comparative Indian Literature course , minimum eligibility for course is as follows : Eligibility criteria for .A. Comparative Indian Literature course: Candidate must have B.A. (Hons.) in any Indian Language or English or Comparative Literature of the University of Delhi or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto in the respective subject. Candidate must secure 55% marks or above marks in Qualifying examination. Or Candidate must have B.A. (Pass) of the University of Delhi or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto with at least three papers in any Indian language or English. Candidate must secure 60% marks or above marks in Qualifying examination. Or Candidate must have B.A. (Hons.) in any Indian Language or English or Comparative Literature of University of Delhi or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto in the respective subject. Candidate must secure 50% marks or above marks in Qualifying examination. Or Candidate must have B.A. (Pass) of the University of Delhi or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto with at least three papers in any Indian Language or English. Candidate must secure 55% marks or above marks in Qualifying examination. Or Candidate must have M.A. in any Indian Language or English from University of Delhi or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto Candidate must secure 50% marks or above marks in Qualifying examination. Or Candidate must be graduate of the University of Delhi or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto provided he/she passes in a qualifying test which would be organized by the Department to test the candidate’s aptitude for basic knowledge of Indian Literature.
