I am resident of Mumbai, Maharashtra and completed graduation planning to do master degree came to know about MMS and MBA degree. Will you provide basic details and difference between MMS Or MBA Which Is Better also tell list of MMS MBA colleges in Maharashtra?

There is no difference between MBA and MMS. It is just that different universities prefer calling them by different names.

Throughout India MBA is used commonly, while state of Maharashtra prefers calling it MMS (Master of Management Studies).

Though there is difference between PGP,PGDM and an MBA,MMS.

MBA vs MMS

MBA and MMS are similar management degree programs having same duration (2 years).
One aspect where MMS differs is inclusion of real time learning inside the industry apart from classroom learning which is the highlight of any MBA program
MBA is still more popular than MMS.
