Metrics Analyst job details-

Job Requirements-

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Math, or the social sciences

Minimum of 1 year experience in similar role –analysis, reporting, data synthesizing, a must

Ability to work independently

Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, and Word Excellent written and oral communications skills

Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail and thoroughness

Must have strong excel skills (intermediate to advanced level – pivots, complex formulas, arguments, at least 50 short-cuts, etc.).

VBA a plus. Skills will be assessed

Fast Learner

Preferred Experience-

Two years’ experience

Healthcare internship/experience preferred

Excellent written and oral communications skills

Job Responsibilities-

Analyze business intelligent data to support marketing decisions in planning, strategy, optimization and allocation

Conduct data review to support all marketing tools

Create reports for modeling input

Conduct opportunity analyses

Assist in reporting ROI of Marketing efforts

Synthesize operational and marketing data to drive decisions
Analyze marketing metrics, measurement data for tracking results
Coordinate data input into automated market effectiveness tracking tool

Assist in Market Evaluation for potential new markets

Maintain inputs and reports for Marketing effectiveness tools
