Hello sir my name is ram. I have completed my graduation. And now i am looking to go for A MLT program from AMT college. So can you plz tell me what are the requirements for this program.

American Medical Technologists (AMT) is a nationally and internationally recognized certification agency and membership society for the following allied health professionals.
AMT is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).

MLT stands for
Medical laboratory technician

Requirements: these are the requirement for a candidate who is wishing to go for a MLT course

• Applicant shall possess an associate degree in medical laboratory technology (or equivalent) from an institution accredited by a recognized regional or national accreditation agency.
• T he Recognized regional or national accreditation agency from where a candidate go for a certain program must be approved by the US Department of Education, the Council for Higher Education Accreditation, or otherwise approved by the AMT Board of Directors.
• A candidates Programs acceptable toward meeting certification requirements must include laboratory experience as part of the curricula
• Applicants must have graduated from their degree program within the past five years
• Approved Clinical Laboratory Experience is required.
