The Missouri University of Science and Technologys Department of Psychological Science allows students to gain a strong foundation in psychology focusing on the scientific method. The department of psychological science offers six minors: a general minor, industrial/organizational, psychology of leadership, cognitive neuroscience, psychometrics, and a minor in multiculturalism and diversity. Nine (9) hours of work in any of these minors in psychology must be completed in residence at Missouri S&T. A student may only receive one of the six minors. Psychology Minor General psychology minor requires 15 hours of courses in psychology. At least nine of these hours must be at the 3000-level or above.
