Eligibility:

Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories:-

(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis or

(ii) With three years' regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in the Pay Band-1 Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs.1800 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.

Educational Qualifications:

12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.

Skill test norms only on computers:

English typing @ 35 words per minute. (OR) Hindi typing @ 30 words per minute

Desirable - 'O' level certificate in Computer from an Institution recognized by the Department of Information Technology, Government of India.
