I want to know about the list of the faculty members of the Microelectronics and MEMS laboratory in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of technology (IIT), Madras. I recently took admission in IIT Madras for doing engineering degree came to know about the Microelectronics and MEMS laboratory in the Department of Electrical Engineering. Will you tell list of focus ad research areas available in this Microelectronics Lab IITM also tell contacts?

The Microelectronics and MEMS laboratory in the Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Madras has grown from a small beginning into one of the most well known Semiconductor Research laboratories in India over the last thirty years.
