Hi I want to prepare for the MH CET exam so can you please provide me the important deadlines and the exam pattern so I can have an idea???

Well the MHT-CET is for admission to First Year of Full Time Degree Courses of Health Sciences (MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BPTh, BOTh, BASLP, BP&O and BSc. Nursing, B.V.Sc. & AH) and Technical Education (Engineering and Technology, Pharmacy and Pharm. D.

Start Date of Online Application Form Filling : March 2017

Last Date for filling online Application Form : March 2017

Last Date for payment of Application Fee at Bank : March 2017

Start Date of Hall Ticket Download : April 2017

Date of Common Entrance Test : May 2017

Declaration of Result : June 2017

MH CET Exam Pattern

Objective type questions in Paper I and Paper II will be of 1 mark each.

The questions in Paper III will carry 2 marks each.

You can attempt a maximum of 200 questions for Health sciences and 150 questions for Engineering degree courses while those applying for Pharmacy degree courses can attempt either 150, 200 or 250 questions depending on which paper and how many papers they are appearing for.

One mark will be awarded to the examinees for each correct response.

There is no provision for negative marking in MHT CET 2017 so candidates will have
the option of making thoughtful guesses.

All the 3 papers are of 1 Hour and 30 Minutes duration each.

Applicants appearing for Paper I and Paper II will have to answer 100 MCQs in 90 Minutes which is even less than a minute per question. Those appearing for Paper III will have to answer 50 questions in 90 Minutes.

Paper I (Physics & Chemistry) and Paper II (Biology) would be conducted in English,
Marathi and Urdu while Paper III (Mathematics) would be conducted in English only.
