MGR University was founded by A.C. Shanmugam under Thai Moogambigai Dental College. They were established in 1987 and 1991 respectively. These two colleges were made into constituent colleges of Dr. M.G.R University.

Eligibility for MBA admission:

Three years Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
Must have a qualification from any college recognized by the Association of Indian Universities. For part-time courses, preference will be given to students with work experience
