Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences was established in the year 1969. It is located at Sevagram, Maharashtra, India. It is affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik .

Admission Criteria:

Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences conducts MGIMS PMT entrance test .

Eligibility :

Applicants must have attain 17 years of age on or before 31st December of the year of admission.

Applicants must have passed 12th standard examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology individually in each subject in first attempt.

Applicants must have obtained50% marks (40% in the case of SC/ ST/ VJ/ NT/ OBC) taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Exam Pattern :

Paper 1 containing physics, chemistry and mathematics will be objective in nature

Paper 2 on Gandhian Thoughts based questions will be of long and short answer type.
