IGNOU OPENNET - Merchant Navy Entrance Test is conducted by IGNOU and Directorate General of Shipping (DGS).

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification
Must have passed 10 and +2 with a minimum mark of 55% from any recognized board of education

Age:
The age must not be less than 20 years.
Age must not be more than 22years for Graduate candidate
Age relaxations available for female candidates is 2years and SC, ST, OBC is 5 years.

Other Criteria
The eyesight should be 6/6 in each eye without any visual problem.
