IOCL Eligibility Criteria is given below:-
Applicants must have awarded bachelor’s degree in engineering/ technology in Electrical Instrumentation, Mechanical, Computer Science, Electronics Telecommunication disciplines from recognized Indian Universities / Institutes.
The Maximum of 26 years age limit is allowed as on 30th June, 2014 for the general category Applicants. Age relaxation for OBC (Non Creamy Layer)/SC/ST/PWD Applicants will be applicable as per the Presidential Directive.
Applicants belonging to General and OBC (non- creamy layer) categories, should have secured minimum 65% marks.

Indian Oil Recruitment for the Graduate Engineers is through GATE Score.

Personal Interview for the assessment of different skill, attitude and aptitude.
