Re: Meaning of CRT in computer graphics

As you want to get info regarding to CRT in computer graphics so here I am telling you about same but before it I want to tell you about Computer graphics that is an art of drawing pictures, lines, charts, etc using computers with the help of programming. It is made up of number of pixels, and CRT stand for cathode ray tube which is used in older version of computer monitor but now days in modern monitors a thin transistor liquid crystal display is used.

CRT or cathode ray tube works by moving an electron beam back and forth across the back of the screen, every time the beam cearte a pass across the screen, it lights up phosphor dots on the inside of the glass tube, thereby illuminating the active portions of the screen. By drawing many such lines from the top to the bottom of the screen, it creates an entire screen of images.
