MDU Rohtak Degree Verification

My sister have completed UG degree course from MDU Rohtak . She got the Degree from the university . for getting admission in PG degree course at another university she want to verify her degree . Will you please tell how she can verify the UG degree of the MDU Rohtak.

I am applying my B.tech degree for attestation of saudi ebessy through Register agency,

The letter of verification for degree the agency send 2 months ago to MDU but still they did not reply to agency,

Can any one know the solution of this i need verification letter from university how?
i can not follow the university because i am in saudi arabia.
