Dr. Marri Channa Reddy Human Resource Development Institute of Andhra Pradesh earlier known as Institute of Administration was established in the year 1976 to serve the general training needs of the Civil Servants of the state.

Lecture Halls
There are 15 furnished lecture halls are available
Each and every classroom and seminar hall is provided with an LCD Projector, Computer and audio system
The air conditioned and well furnished halls provides an suitable and comfortable ambience for learning/discussions etc.


Computer Labs
3 state of art air-conditioned computer labs each with 30 desktops which are networked on a LAN.
1 State of art air-conditioned computer lab each with 50 LCD desk tops which are networked on a LAN.
Campus area network with 250 computers located in class rooms, conference halls, faculty rooms, computer labs, guest houses


Conference Halls
The Institute has 3 huge air-conditioned conference halls.
Each hall has the latest Projectors, microphones etc. and can accommodate around 150 members each.
There is ergonomic furniture provided to facilitate group discussions and seminars in a comfortable ambience.
There is one huge air-conditioned Board room with capacity of 120 members.


Auditorium
There is an aesthetically designed Auditorium.
It can accommodate around 250 members.
It has centrally Air-conditioned with push-back seats for the comfort of the audience.
Integrated audio and video facilities provided.


Library
The Library has a collection of about 10,000 books
Books available on various disciplines like Computer Science, Journalism, Library Science, Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Public Education, Management, Training methods/codes/manuals etc..
The collection in the library also includes all reading material, departmental and functionary manuals of various departments developed in consultation with the Institute.


Video Conference
The Institute is connected to A.P. State Wide Area Network. Video Conference facility is available to all locations in APSWAN and IP based set up available to connect to any of the location.
