A non-refundable $2,000 deposit is required once an applicant accepts our offer of admission in order to secure a seat in the program, and is credited toward your first semester’s program costs.

Tuition and Fees

This breakdown reflects the actual tuition paid for 16 hours in fall and spring semesters during the 2015-2016 school year. Taking additional hours can increase the cost per semester.

These cost of living estimates were provided by the MBA Program Office and may not correspond exactly to the cost of living in Austin. These figures, unlike general cost of living figures for Austin, are specifically tailored to represent the cost of the standard of living generally pursued by our MBA students

Orientation Fee

This fee funds activities and programs designed to orient incoming MBA students to UT and the McCombs School of Business.

Laptop

This estimate for a new laptop was provided by the MBA Program Office based on past student data; students are not required to have a specific model, but are required to have a laptop computer that is able to run the current versions of both Microsoft Windows and Office and connect to wired and wireless Ethernet networks.
