MCA OD Andhra University

Can you please tell me the process to download the MCA OD(Original Degree) from Andhra University. I have done the MCA from Andhra University but now shifted to Delhi and no body is picking up the phone at the contact number of University. I want to apply for my MCA Original Degree, please help me.
