The Masters of Computer Applications (MCA) is a postgraduate course one can choose to pursue if they have an interest in computer application. There are many colleges that offer MCA courses. Here I am listing the names of some of them with the eligibility required by them :

Eligibility: 55% in Graduation
Maths at Graduation level

Andhra University MCA (ICET)
Eligibility: Pass in Graduation
Maths at 10+2 or Graduation level

Anna University, Chennai
Eligibility: Pass in Graduation
Maths in 10+2 level Or Graduation level

B.I.T.S. Ranchi
Eligibility: 60% in 10th, 12th & Graduation level(45% for SC/ST)

M.C.A is the Master of Computer Applications; it is a postgraduate Information Technology course

MCA Entrance Exams Eligibility
All universities have their own eligibility conditions for MCA Entrance Test.

Here I am giving you the general eligibility conditions for MCA entrance exam.

Must have Bachelor's degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks and some institutions or universities requires mathematics as a compulsory subject in 12th
OR
Candidate should have BCA degree.

Students appearing in final-year Degree examination can also apply.

NIT’s invites applications for admission to MCA Program through National Level Entrance Test .

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have obtained at least 60% marks in aggregate or 6.5 CGPA on a 10 point scale

( 55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10 point scale in case of SC, ST ) in :

BE / BTech or equivalent from a recognized University

( or )

BSc / BSc ( Hons ) / BCA / BIT of minimum three years full – time

Exam Pattern
The question paper constitutes multiple choice questions covering the following subjects.

1. Mathematics - 50 questions

2. Analytical Ability & Logical Reasoning - 40 questions

3. Computer Awareness - 10 questions

4. General English - 20 questions

Multiple Choice Questions will be written in English Language

Each wrongly answered question will lead to NEGATIVE ONE mark.

Each correctly answered question will carry FOUR marks
