MCA: The MCA program is develop to trained graduate learners for the software industry by offering a rich learning environment. The program time period is 3 years (six semesters).

Who can obtain the course:
Candidate must have science stream at 10+2 grade.
Candidate must have Bachelors Degree in any discipline.

MCA (Master of Computer Applications) is a Postgraduate Academic Master Degree which is awarded for a course or program in Computer Applications. MCA Degree prepares a candidate to become a quality software professional with the advanced and updated knowledge base which is necessary to meet the needs of software industries.

Admission Procedure:
Candidates who want to get admission into IIT for MCA are required to pass the All India MCA Common Entrance Test (AIMCET).

Other colleges conduct their own entrance examinations and some colleges also conduct group discussion and then the selected candidates are called for personal interviews.

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidate must have Bachelor's degree in any discipline or are in the final year degree examination and have taken Mathematics as a subject in their High School Examination or graduate level.
