MH-CET Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (Medical) or simply MH-CET is one of the premier entrance exams in India.

The exam is held every year in the month of May by the Government of Maharashtra.

MHT-CET (Medical), candidates can get admission to courses like MBBS, Pharmacy, BVSC & AH and Health Science at Under Graduate level.

Here are details;

Eligibility:
The Candidate should have passed/appeared HSC/12th Standard or equivalent with subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany & Zoology).

The candidate belonging to OC must have obtained not less than 50% (150 out of 300) marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together at the HSC (or equivalent) Examination.

The candidate belonging to constitutional reservation and constitutional reservation with Person with Disability claim must have obtained not less than 40% (i.e. 120 out of 300) marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together at the HSC (or equivalent) Exam.

Pattern:-
MH-CET-2015 will consist of one question paper Containing 180 Multiple Choice questions (MCQ), each carrying 4 marks and total marks 720.

Duration:- 3 hours

Subject - Number of MCQ - Marks
Physics - 45 qs - 180 marks
Chemistry - 45 qs - 180 marks
Biology - 90 qs - 360 marks

The medium for examination shall be English or Marathi or Urdu.
