I have completed graduation degree an now want to do PG course from XLRI so please tell me which is best MBA or General Management Programme?

The PGDM (General Management) program, previously known as GMP

It is the flagship fulltime, 15-months residential MBA program offered by XLRI

The General Management Program at XLRI is the oldest One Year MBA Program

The two year MBA and the one year MBA programs offered by XLRI cover similar material, there are some fundamental differences.

The One Year MBA is designed for candidates with more than 5 years of professional/ managerial work experience.

The two year MBA programs MBA is designed for candidates with little or no prior work experience.

The core subjects and electives offered in both the one and two year MBA programs are same

Admission Requirements for PGDM
A minimum professional/ managerial experience of 5 years is required for applying to the GMP program.

The college accepts GMAT or XAT scores for admission
