As an MBA Flexible of UWA (University of Western Australia) student, one may choose to study up to four units each trimester, or even take a break from study altogether for a trimester - the decision is ones. The MBA Flexible can be completed in one year full-time or up to five years part-time. The typical student completes their degree between two and three years. Admission Requirements There are three entry pathways students may take into the MBA Flexible: Pathway One A bachelor's degree or equivalent as recognised by UWA; and at least three years' relevant, documented, professional experience; and: the equivalent of a UWA weighted average mark of at least 60 per cent; OR a valid Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) score of at least 550; OR at least two additional years (five years total) of relevant documented professional experience considered by UWA to be sufficient to permit satisfactory completion of the course Pathway Two A UWA Graduate Certificate in Business, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Leadership or Social Impact with a weighted average mark of at least 65%. Graduate Certificates are a pathway to the MBA for students with significant work experience but no undergraduate qualification. One who has completed a Graduate Certificate and are admitted to the MBA will automatically has units credited towards their MBA studies and will only need to complete a further eight units to graduate with an MBA. Pathway Three A Graduate Certificate in Business or an equivalent accredited post-experience qualification, as recognised by UWA, with a weighted average mark of at least 70%. |
