MBA from Symbiosis or IGNOU

I have completed B.Tech now want to do MBA, but little confused that from which Institutes or University I can do MBA, that is Symbiosis or IGNOU, please tell me???

Both are Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning & Indira Gandhi National Open University good to do any programme.

Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) that is equivalent as MBA, &
If you want to do MBA then go with IGNOU, here are IGNOU MBA details:

MBA
Minimum Duration: 2.5 Years
Maximum Duration: 8 Years
Course Fee: Rs. 31,500

Eligibility:

The applicant should have Graduation in any discipline with 50 % marks for general category and 45 % for reserved category with 3 years.

Selection procedure:
IGNOU MBA admission is based on OPENMAT score conducted by IGNOU.
