The two year MBA program of the SME is specifically designed to respond to the needs of industry and to provide high quality education to students to become ‘industry ready’ and ‘entrepreneurially oriented’.

Selection procedure

The selection for SME's MBA program will be through a 3 step process:

Step 1 Application:

You will need to make a detailed application online in the prescribed format . Please ensure the information you provide is accurate and detailed.

Step 2 CAT or GMAT Score:

You can apply for admission based on your CAT (conducted by IIM's) or GMAT score.

In case you are seeking admission based on CAT score, the scores should only be from CAT
. Also, provide your unique CAT registration number in the application form without which the application form will not be processed.

Step 3 Essay and Personal Interview:

Based on the above two steps, a selected number of candidates will be invited for Personal Interview. The candidates will also be required to demonstrate their analytical and writing skills by writing an essay on a topic given on the spot

Eligibility

You must hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from any of the recognized Universities, Deemed Universities, and Institutions of National Importance or from a Professional Body including ICAI, ICSI, ICWAI, etc.
