I completed graduation and planning to pursue MBA higher studies but before joining wants some details about this course. Will you please tell list of some MBA Qualities required for candidates and also provide me list of top and best institutes from where I can do MBA?

Basic qualities expected from an undergrad - student (and remember that is exactly what is tested in MBA entrance tests like GMAT, CAT, et al):

Simple arithmetic, algebra, geometry (high school level)

Good reading comprehension, paraphrasing/ synthesis and ability to read tons of pages quickly and efficiently (using techniques like skimming, fast reading, etc)

Analytical reasoning / logical thinking

I would add some more to excell at an MBA course and later in the professional world:

Listening skills - this is rare but very valuable

Writing - includes making effective slides/ MS powerpoint presentations, email etiquette, free-flow writing journals/blogs

Story telling - can you captivate your audience when you speak?

Be presentable all the time - imagine you met your prospective client in an elevator or a flight - first impression counts!

Being a people-person: no matter what industry or what role, you still have to work with people

Excellent time-management skills

Simple living but high thinking (humble, honest, jugaad - make-do with available resources)
