I want to know the duration and the structure of MBA program of Putra Business School so can you please tell me?

Putra Business School is a Business school of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). The School has been accredited by AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business).

MBA program-

Duration Of Study

Students with full-time are required to register for at least 9 credit hours per trimester, and can complete the programme in 4 to 6 trimesters.

Students with part-time must register for at least 6 credit hours per trimester, and they can complete the programme in 6 to 8 trimesters.

Student Intakes-

There are three intakes of students; in September (first trimester), January (second trimester) and May (third trimester) of each academic year.

Classes-

Morning Classes:
Classes are held during office hours (9.00 am – 12.00 pm or 2.00 pm – 5.00 pm) on weekdays.

Evening Classes:
Classes are held during the evenings (6.30 pm – 9.30 pm) on weekdays.

Programme Structure-

The structure of the MBA programme is as follows:

12 core courses (3 credit hours per course) 36 credit hours
4 elective courses (in the area of specialisation) 12 credit hours
TOTAL 48 credit hours

Elective Course (12 credit hours)

Students are required to register for the 2 core elective courses in each area of specialisation
